The XR31233/34/35 rugged, high voltage tolerant CAN transceivers

The XR31233/34/35 is a family of rugged, high voltage tolerant CAN (controller area network) transceivers. Designed for improved performance in noisy industrial environments and increased tolerance to system faults, these transceivers simplify design in industrial automation, HVAC networks, process control, automotive and transportation applications.

  • Up to 1 Mbps data rates
  • 11898-2 ISO compatible
  • GIFT/ICT compliant
  • 5V tolerant LVTTL I/O’s 
  • 200μA low current standby mode

  • XR31234: Ultra low current sleep mode 50nA typical
